Gambling should be a leisure activity, not a way to make money or manage stress. Kumo Bet provides a set of tools to help you keep play under control, and partners with international support organisations for players who need help.

Set a deposit limit

You can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit by emailing [email protected]. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases take 24 hours to apply - this is a regulatory cool-off built in to prevent impulsive limit raises.

Setting a deposit limit to zero is treated as a self-exclusion request and locks your account for a minimum of six months. Use this if you want to take a definitive break.

Cool-off and session time-outs

If you want a short pause rather than a full self-exclusion, request a cool-off from support. Standard windows are 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off your account is fully locked - you cannot log in, deposit or wager. The lockout is binding for the requested period and cannot be lifted early.

Self-exclusion (six months minimum)

Voluntary self-exclusion locks your account for a minimum of six months. You can extend this to one year, two years, five years or permanently at the point of request. Once a self-exclusion is active:

  • Your account cannot be reopened during the period - this is binding, not at the casino’s discretion
  • You will not receive marketing emails, SMS or push notifications
  • Any pending withdrawal is processed as normal; any in-account balance is returned via your last verified payment method
  • Re-registration attempts under different details are detected and blocked - this is enforced under the operator’s anti-fraud framework

Underage gambling prevention

The minimum age for opening a Kumo Bet account is 18. Random age verification checks are run across the player base - any account found to belong to an underage player has all winnings forfeited and is reported to the appropriate authorities. Parents and guardians can use filtering software such as Net Nanny, FamiSafe or GamBlock to prevent under-18s in their household accessing gambling sites.

Signs you may need help

  • Spending more time or money on gambling than you intended
  • Chasing losses by raising stakes or making additional deposits
  • Hiding gambling activity from family, friends or your employer
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions to gamble
  • Feeling guilty, anxious or depressed about gambling
  • Gambling interfering with work, relationships or sleep

If you recognise any of these patterns, take the BeGambleAware self-assessment and consider one of the support organisations below.

Support organisations

If you are in immediate distress, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline such as findahelpline.com, which lists free emotional-support services in every country.
