Step-by-step withdrawal walkthrough
1. Make at least one $30 deposit and wager it once
Even if your balance is entirely winnings from a no-deposit promotion, you can’t withdraw until you’ve made one $30 cash deposit and wagered it through a single time. This is the anti-money-laundering pre-condition every regulated operator runs.
2. Complete identity verification
From your account, upload:
- A clear photo of your government ID (passport, national ID card or driver’s licence) - all four corners visible, no glare
- A proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement or government letter), showing your registered Kumo Bet name and address
- If you deposited by card: a card authorisation form with front (last 4 digits and name visible, middle 8 digits can be masked) and back (CVV masked) of the card
Verification typically completes in 24–48 hours. You can play during verification but cannot withdraw until it’s done.
3. Open the cashier and request the payout
Pick your withdrawal method. By default, withdrawals are routed back to the same method you used to deposit - that’s the AML "closed loop" rule. Card withdrawals up to the deposited amount return to the card; anything above goes to an e-wallet or bank account.
4. Wait for the finance team
Internal processing is 1–3 business days. After that, the rail’s own settlement time applies: e-wallets are typically same-day, cards 1–3 days, bank transfer 2–5 days, Pix within 24 hours.
Processing times by method
Internal processing is identical across methods (1–3 business days). What varies is the post-approval settlement time set by the payment rail itself.
- Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, ecoPayz, MiFinity, Jeton: typically same business day after approval, max 24 hours
- Visa, Mastercard, JCB: 1–3 business days for the card network
- Pix (Brazil): usually within 1 hour of approval - the rail itself is instant
- Interac (Canada): usually same business day after approval
- Bank Transfer: 2–5 business days depending on the receiving bank
- Paysafecard, Sofort: deposit-only - you cannot withdraw to either; choose an alternative
What can delay a withdrawal
- Incomplete verification. If KYC docs are blurry, expired or don’t match the account details, the finance team will reject the document and request a re-upload. Submit clean, in-date documents from the start.
- Name mismatch. If the name on your payment method differs from the registered account name (including spelling variations), the withdrawal is held until proof of payment-method ownership is provided.
- Active bonus. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. If you have a bonus that hasn’t cleared wagering, the bonus and any pending bonus-winnings are non-withdrawable until the 30x requirement is hit. Forfeiting the bonus releases your original deposit only.
- Withdrawal above the daily/weekly/monthly cap. Excess amounts roll to the next eligible window. For payouts of $60,000 or more in a single window, the operator can pay in instalments.
- AML/source-of-funds review. Large or unusual activity triggers a source-of-funds check. The casino can request bank statements, payslips or other financial documents. This is a Curaçao GCB compliance obligation, not casino discretion.
Withdrawal fees
Kumo Bet does not charge withdrawal fees as a standard policy. The terms reserve the right to apply a fee for specific methods, which would be displayed at the moment you submit the request. We have not seen fees applied in our test withdrawals across e-wallets, cards and Pix.
Third-party fees may still apply - for example, your bank may charge an inbound-wire fee for a Bank Transfer withdrawal, or Skrill may charge a small currency-conversion fee if your wallet is in a non-USD base. Those fees are outside the operator’s control.
If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected
- Check the cashier status. A withdrawal can sit in "Pending" for up to 24 hours before approval. Approved withdrawals show as "Processed" with a transaction reference.
- Contact support. If the request is approaching 3 business days post-verification with no movement, email [email protected] with your account name, withdrawal ID and timestamp.
- Escalate to the GCB. If a payout exceeds 10 calendar days from approval without explanation, you can file a complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. Include screenshots of the cashier, any email correspondence and the bet IDs that produced the balance.
