These Terms govern your use of Kumo Bet (the "Site"), operated by DMG Solutions B.V. under Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/1560/0833. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to these Terms. Last updated 21 May 2026.

1. The operator

Kumo Bet is a trading name of DMG Solutions B.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao under registration number 148273, with registered office at Zuikertuintjeweg z/n, Willemstad, Curaçao. Payments are processed through Damagi Marketing Solutions LTD, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE403018, with registered office at Arch. Makarios III & Evagorou, 1-7, MITSI 3, 1st Floor, Flat/Office 102, 1065 Nicosia, acting as payment agent.

2. Licensing

Kumo Bet operates under licence OGL/2024/1560/0833, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board on 28 April 2025, under the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard. The licence is renewed annually and is current as at the date of these Terms. Verify licence status at gamingcontrolboard.cw.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register and play. You confirm that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction; Kumo Bet does not warrant that the Site is legal or accessible in any particular country. The following jurisdictions are restricted and registration from them is blocked: the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Australia, Israel, Singapore and any other country listed as restricted on the registration page. Bypassing geo-restrictions (e.g. via VPN) is a material breach of these Terms and results in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all winnings and reclaim of any funds withdrawn.

4. Your account

Only one account per person, household, IP and device is permitted. Multiple accounts are detected via name, address, IP, device fingerprint and payment-method analysis; detection results in immediate closure of all linked accounts and forfeiture of balances. You may not transfer, sell, encumber, pledge or assign your account or any account asset to any third party in any form. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity carried out under your credentials, whether authorised by you or not.

Kumo Bet reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, without prior notice or stated reason, subject to processing any withdrawable balance. Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonuses are forfeited on closure.

5. Deposits

Minimum deposit is $30 (or local-currency equivalent). You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name; the name on the card, e-wallet or bank account must exactly match the name on your Kumo Bet account. Kumo Bet may request proof of payment-method ownership at any time. Suspected fraud, identity theft or third-party funding triggers immediate freeze of the account pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is $75 per request. Maximum withdrawal is $7,500 per day, $15,000 per week, $60,000 per month, with VIP-tier players eligible for higher caps on request. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days after KYC verification is complete; the operator is not liable for further delay imposed by external payment rails. Withdrawals above $60,000 in a single window may be paid in instalments without interest.

Withdrawals are paid using the same method as the original deposit wherever possible. Card withdrawals up to the deposited amount return to the original card; amounts in excess are paid to an alternative method in the account holder’s name. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn; only real-money balance that has cleared all applicable wagering requirements is withdrawable. Funds stuck in aborted or unresolved game rounds are not withdrawable until the round is settled by the game provider.

7. Bonuses

Bonuses are offered at the operator’s discretion. The headline welcome bonus is a 200% match up to $1,500 cash on first deposit, with the following terms:

Minimum qualifying deposit: $30
Wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount (50x for players resident in Estonia)
Wagering window: 3 days from credit; unwagered bonus and bonus winnings forfeit on expiry
Game contribution: slots 100%, Penguin King 100%; live casino, table games, video poker, virtual sports, scratch, crash and other jackpot games contribute 0%
Maximum cash-out from any bonus: $15,000

Sign-up free spins and no-deposit bonuses are subject to a $75 lifetime withdrawal cap until the first $30 deposit is made, wagered 1x and the account is fully verified. Free spin winnings are credited to the real-money balance and subject to 1x wagering. The operator reserves the right to cancel, vary or withdraw any bonus at its sole discretion. The enforcement and interpretation of bonus terms is at management discretion.

8. KYC and AML

All accounts are subject to age, identity, address and source-of-funds verification under the Curaçao Gaming Control Board’s anti-money-laundering framework. Required documents at minimum include a government photo ID and a proof of address dated within 3 months. Card depositors must additionally provide a signed card-authorisation form. Additional documents (notarised ID, source-of-funds evidence, employment records) may be requested for accounts triggering AML risk indicators. Withdrawals are not processed until verification is complete. Suspected money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud results in account freeze, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Dormant accounts

Accounts with a balance that show no gameplay or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months attract a monthly administrative fee of up to $15, deducted from the account balance until activity resumes or the balance reaches zero. Log in at least once per year to keep your account active and avoid the fee.

10. Responsible gambling

Kumo Bet provides deposit limits, cool-off and self-exclusion tools as described in the Responsible Gambling policy. The operator participates in international problem-gambling support frameworks and signposts players to GamCare, BeGambleAware and Gambling Therapy. The minimum age for play is 18.

11. Disputes

Disputes are handled by Kumo Bet Customer Service in the first instance - email [email protected]. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board at gamingcontrolboard.cw. The English-language version of these Terms is the binding version in the event of any conflict with translated versions. These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao.

12. Amendments

The operator may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect from publication on the Site and do not retroactively affect existing bonuses or active wagers. It is your responsibility to review the Terms before each session.
